Between Verona and Soave, dry-grown 60’s and 70’s Garganega and Trebbiano vines grow alongside rows of thousand year old olives. Il Roccolo di Monticelli resides on rolling limestone hills, producing lo-fi wines from an old family vineyard. Only made in ideal years, this simply made natural wine is far from plain and simple. Kept on skins for six months, its the Italian countryside bottled.
