Why we love this Wine
Grown from a beautiful single vineyard in a forest setting, this one’s blessed with volcanic soils and produced organically and biodynamically by Luca, Rocco, Gianmarco and Fabio. Icaro are playfully producing small quantities within Romani Castelli, in Italy’s Lazio region. Here, Malvasia and Trebbiano spent a blissful night macerating on skins to develop luxurious depth and refreshing weight.
