I Vigneri’s 2022 Radica Rosso is Grenache realising its full potential (or should we say, Granaccia!). Pure, high-altitude elegance straight from the slopes of Etna. Sourced from 110-year-old bush vines in Contrada Tartaraci, perched at 1010m/asl, this is mountain-man Grenache. Semi-carbonic maceration gives a lifted, juicy vibrance, while five days on skins add just the right amount of grip. Expect bright red berries, wild herbs, and volcanic earthiness. Aged in stainless steel for six months, it’s pure, unadulterated fruit and minerality— chill at will.
