A quality pet nat from Marche in Italy, I love Monsters combines organically grown malvasia and sangiovese with old-vine verdicchio to create these super-fine bubbles. It has a fine and mineral feel, with the texture dialled up to 10. Fun drinking here, but plenty going on to make you remember it.
