Why we love this Wine
A stellar Sometimes from the slopes of Sicily’s Mount Etna. It’s primarily Carricante with a splash of Grecanico and Minnella, and made old school in the way that all the exciting new wines also seem to be these days - certified organic, hand picked and wild fermented. Crisp and lightly fragrant, it’s young citrus and yellow peach, herbs and sea salt, but most of all, a magnificent ode to the volcano.
