The Leask brothers know what’s up. Richard Leak is one of SA’s most respected viticulturists, and at Hither & Yon he gets to make, too. This Syrah is a testament. Fruit from a historic Adelaide Hills site planted in ‘99 is encouraged to do its fragrant, violet thing, while crunchy black fruit notes, pepper, coffee and and minerality dance with svelte tannins. You might dance too.
