Amber, cloudy, a little wild — Greco doesn't usually get this dressed up, but here it earns the attention.
The Leask brothers plant for what the sand wants, not what's trending — this variety's no exception, tucked into their McLaren Vale ground like it's always grown there.
Cidery texture, dried apricot and wild herbs up top, a savoury grip holding it all together underneath. Built for food, but drinks fine without it.
