Following on from the success of previous vintages, the latest Pinot from Adelaide Hills pair Mitch Fitzpatrick and Shane Ettridge maintains their minimalist approach. First and foremost, it’s about the Piccadilly and Balhannah grapes, and allowing them to shine by including 50% whole bunches. It’s all rhubarb and pepper, sour cherry, cranberries and spice. It’s all gravy.
