With winemaker Mitch Fitzpatrick and Proof restaurant co-owner Shane Ettridge at the helm, the Hills Collide wines deliver pretty seamless service. At front-of-house you have bright and lively sour cherries, acidity on the pass, and concentrated richer blackberries simmering out back. It goes down too quickly. Clean and cleared before you know it.
