From vineyard to bottle, only gentle techniques are used: hand harvesting, whole berry de-stemming, open-vat temperature controlled ferments, basket pressing, and no finning or filtration prior to bottling. Expect hints of cherry, black pepper, violets and earth. Fine tannins and balanced acid invite you back. Chill it down. Pass the pizza.
