Whether it takes inspiration from the official definition of a sacred kingfisher, or the Kiwi slang as a bludger who lives off others generosity, Kōtare as an unlikely natural blend of organic Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer that provides a unique expression of orange wine. Generous and sacred in equal measure, this wine is an idyllic Kōtare no matter how you look at it.
