Why we love this Wine

The Greek sun god, lends its name to this hand-made, organic, ultra-small batch red, with only one barrel made. Only the sun and the earth had a hand in growing this Sangiovese from Hawke’s Bay’s Mangatahi sub-region, which was then treated naturally with whole bunch fermentation, wild ferment and no additions, fining or filtering.
