Guiseppe's top flight white. An intensely tropical blend of Grillo, Cataratto and Zibibbo from the sunny shores of Sicily. Arid, barren limestone soils in Contrada Passofonduto liven things up here with their signature salty, minerality, and barrel fermentation brings the texture.
