Why we love this Wine
Guiseppe's top flight white. An intensely tropical blend of Grillo, Cataratto and Zibibbo from the sunny shores of Sicily. Arid, barren limestone soils in Contrada Passofonduto liven things up here with their signature salty, minerality, and barrel fermentation brings the texture. Candied pineapple, peach skin and salted grapefruit is the joyous sum of these parts. Get in quick, we won't be passing on this one.
