Why we love this Wine
The glory of Gamay; Burgundy-banned, but beautiful. This specky little number from Grosjean is precocious and pretty, with dancing, delicate acid. A fruity bouquet, gentle tannin and pomegranate-y, strawberry notes. Decant for thirty minutes to truly awaken this wine (or at the very least, decant the rest while you check a glass or two for poison).
