Why we love this Wine
At some point, we gotta start putting some respect on rosé's name. Grant Nash has made the case compellingly here; pretty and pale, with all the aromas of watermelon, strawberry, rhubarb and blood oranges that the colour seems to promise. 85% Grenache with 15% Graciano in the mix. The Grenache sees a cool ferment in stainless steel with Champagne yeast, while the Graciano is wild fermented in a well seasoned puncheon. Savoury, but juicy-juice.
