Why we love this Wine
Not to drop names but Eric Goypieron is a Jura alumni almost synonymous with Jacques Puffenay, Michel Gahier etc. He also farms organically and makes his wine with no additions. This Chardonnay is racing with acid and minerality, citrus notes and freshness. The region. The grape. The affiliation. We were already sold. Btw the wine is singing.
