Single vineyard and ready to mingle. Andrew and Louise’s wines always hit, but their Estate-owned single vineyard stuff raises the bar yet again. 100% organic fruit, direct pressed. This is mid-weight Chardy with striking natural acidity and saline morish-ness we credit to the site’s utterly unique volcanic soil. Exciting stuff from Mount Gambier.
