Why we love this Wine
Here’s something speccy from South Australia. Certified biodynamic shiraz grown on sandy soils over limestone, close to the ocean in seaside Mount Benson. Another of Andrew and Louise’s experiments that paid off; Carbonic maceration with whole bunches for a week, then gently destemmed and left on skins 24 hours. Bright, crunchy with hints of candy canes that'll summon festive feelings all year round.
