 Fridge red nouveau, welterweight class. Stunning in its delicacy, destemmed fruit gets only a day on skins. A light red built for chilling, with a slightly bitter edge and sour cherry freshness. Grown on sandy soils over limestone, for an uncharacteristic riff on what Limestone Coast terroir can offer. A true south-pour.
