Why we love this Wine
Tomato cheeked and tight trousered, this blushing beauty has all the tingly tension of a first crush. Fresh and bursting with bright sherbert and textural acidity, this Pinot Gris from coastal Mount Benson gets destemmed and open fermented on skins for two-three weeks giving lovely rosy colour. Utterly morish, this is picnic-party wine.
