Andrew and Louise are keeping Mount Gambier firmly on the vinous map, evangelising the good gospel of Kongorong’s flinty, volcanic soils that are just oh so fertile. This whole berry built Riesling is bright and complex with structured tannin and gorgeous colour. Following three-months maceration in stainless steel, this wine takes the free run only, unleashing Riesling’s famous acidity with a zippy edge.
