Another fun pinot from the Good Intentions crew, this one shows a serious side too. Organically grown fruit that is known for its slow ripening perfection. Some crunch of the stems and some zing from the whole-bunch ferment. 12 months in barriques. A true snapshot of Mount Gambier pinot, all delicate and seductive. Swoon.
