Deliberately wild, in the best way. This comes from the Coola Road vineyard on the Limestone Coast, where shallow flint and volcanic soils live above limestone. It’s left in barrel for 15 months and rested in bottle for another 4. Yes, you can taste the patience. Chalky mouthfeel with oxidative characters, rich in minerality. Acidic burst.
