Singing of Sicily, this indigenous blend of Carricante and Catarratto puts ripe fruit to the front. Etna’s volcanic slopes create a savoury mineral structure for blood orange, lemom blossom and candied ginger to thrive, with a moreish cut-throat acidity keeping you on your toes.
