Pet Nat Rosé out of Mudgee in NSW, made from Sangiovese. That grape’s savouriness and spice does wonders when fashioned into bubbles like this. A real drink-it-all-day feel. Bright-ish and cloudy pink, in a fresh-squeezed watermelon and strawberry party. Leafy and crisp, textured and fine. A delicate bead on this one.
