Why we love this Wine
From the Yarra’s Pinot Noir masters, comes a rosé of the variety from the Sexton Vineyard. This style is inspired by Provence – pale and bone dry – but the main drawcard is the perfume, which they’ve achieved by hand picking early and gently pressing. While most producers don’t have the luxury of using Pinot for rosé, we are so appreciative to have Giant Steps giving us the goods. More of this, all summer long. Please.
