Whoa!.... Hang on. A blend of Gamay and Mondeuse from the Savoie; 100% whole bunch, carbonic maceration, aged in old demi-muids. Yes. That’ll do nicely. With a glass of this little lo-fi beauty in your hands you will be the Mayor of Slurp City, reveling in all of its blue-fruited, violet-edged, spiced plummy glory. Fine bright acidity sets the cadence and granitic tannin provides structure. Perfumed, savoury and in fine alpine form.
