Why we love this Wine
With a colour they call ‘Devil Red’, we’re dark disciples of this Pét Nat. From Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a little Sauv B for wickedness, it’s driven by wild berry flavours and a light fizz that lets you sit with it, or swill. Florals and musk, edgy acid and a chalky texture. Hell refined.
