Current mood: sorted. This pretty little thing is Chenin, Semillon and Muscat that spends a month on skins before ageing in barrel. Just gorgeous. Fruit-driven and floral textures, hypnotising aromatics, and lively freshness. Why the 500ml bottle? Probably because no one could be trusted with more.
