Dave Geyer whips up a damn sexy, slinky and skinsy Chenin Blanc from old 100 year old Barossa Chenin Blanc for your drinking pleasure…. And a pleasure it is! A beautiful slippery textural ride with oodles of pure yellow-fruited deliciousness along with hints of grilled nuts, herbal tea and a line of brisk, saline acidity that is just the business. It’s great crisp, savoury drinking and spans that spans the divide between conventional white wines and full-contact orange wine. It’s a good’un.
