Why we love this Wine
Always a cracker. Changing with the vintage. A blend of Adelaide Hills vineyards, this time the varieties were fermented separately to catch ripening windows. Mostly Gamay this year, with Syrah, Merlot and Sangiovese de-stemmed and left on skins. Beautifully amalgamated as usual, a light red of natural energy and freshness.
