Why we love this Wine
Gamay, a versatile variety that has charmed its way through France, all the way to the Adelaide Hills. Whole bunches fermented with minimal intervention. Its soft and delicate palate swoons with berries and cherries, violets and currants. Not so sweet, there’s an earthy undertone to this vibrant, light-bodied red. Carefree drinking.
