From the Murdoch Hill vineyard in Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills, this organic fruit goes into 100% whole cluster open top ferments, then 11 months in French oak puncheons (25% new). Gareth Belton serves up a tightly-put-together wine here, with spice, cherries and herbs in balance. Fresh and whole.
