Oh my giddy goodness, the winemaking tells a story here. From the special Monomeith vineyard in Ashton, 15% new French oak, 20% whole cluster in a open top ferment set up a Pinot worth talking about. Unpack wonderful depth of flavour and very varietal aromatics, jooby juicy fruit, lipsmacking acidity and a youthful innocence. Save a little to try on day two, if you can. 190 dozen produced.
