What a difference a year makes. A bold and spicy example of Gentle Folk’s Ashton Chardy, rounded out by stone fruit characters, and a punchy acid line that really gets you wanting more. Whole bunch crushed and pressed to tank and settled overnight then put to barrel. Simple beauty is the best.
