Why we love this Wine
Another beauty from the team at Thousand Candles in the Yarra Valley; this time a blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Merlot, fermented and left in tank with no oak influence. The end result is terrific! You can expect a vibrant, bouncy, crunchy red wine that has oodles of inherent drinkability. Let’s call it ‘sessionable’. Don’t be afraid to pop this in the fridge for a little while for a refreshing red when the sun’s over the yard-arm.
