Why we love this Wine
You won’t find Aligoté everywhere in Australia. We count just three plantings, and these grapes come from the ‘mother vine’ for the other two. Think Burgundy, but different, and a no-brainer in comparison for value. It’s subtle, savoury and spicy. Lemon curd and a lick of creamy lees, such freshness on show. Maybe keep it hush.
