Why we love this Wine
Fermented and aged in concrete instead of oak, that’s part of what gives this wine its long maceration, impressive structure, and talcum-powder-like tannins running the length of the palate. We love this region but don’t expect a classic Mornington Peninsula profile. Dare we say: it’s Old Worldly. Grazie.
