Why we love this Wine
From a small patch of low-yielding vines in grey sandy loam soil, these grapes are handpicked and whole-bunch pressed to old barriques, wild fermented, and rested on lees for 8 months before bottling. Simple procedures for intense results. Florals and rosewater, oily yet fresh, long and lavish. This is swank drinking.
