Why we love this Wine
Pelaverga is a rare Piemontese variety, but we won't tell you to try it because it's rare, we'll tell you to try it because it's bloody GOOD. Pure class, with crushed red berries, sweet floral lift, and a zappy little hint of citrus. Silky and elegant, this is a wine to get absolutely lost in, with just the right balance of freshness preserved through time spent in stainless steel. A joy to drink.
