Fumey Chatelain had a vineyard on the up, then nearly lost everything to frost. So what to do? They puckered up and started making some of the best drops around from what they had left. Borrowed barrels, the help of local families. Now, this drinks like a local’s Ploussard: pure and fresh with a hint of reduction.
