Sick of Champagne? Probably not, but were you inclined to cast an eye across to Jura regardless, you'd find this simply sensational Cremant du Jura Blanc Brut well-rewards a wandering palate. Organically farmed 20-50yo vines thrive on marl/limestone soils. Chardonny fruit is gently basket pressed and the free-run is wild-fermented. Toasty nuts, briny finish, honey, butter, bread. Goes off like a cracker.
