Why we love this Wine
Freddy Cossard, larger than life and his wines are following suit. Minimal intervention and maximum expression. This is Grenache from 20 year old vines from the south, Vaucluse. Whole-bunch ferment, pressed to vats for 9 months. Bright and juicy, bramble fruits, orange blossom and spice. The limestone soils bringing mineral undercurrents. Deep and vibrant. Slurpable.
