Domaine de Chassorney is another arm of Frederic Cossard, for these wines, Fred owns the vineyards and uses organic practices to manage the fields. Perfumed, poised and simply pretty. There's no questions why Fred has a cult following. Pinot Noir from Côte de Beaune, it's Volnay for the bucket list. Soft and velvety. Lined with freshness and salinity. Red berries, roses, subtle spice. All the great hallmarks. Seriously good.
