Why we love this Wine
Born from old vines throughout Volnay, this is enigmatic Burgundy. Fred Cossard tends to multiple plots in Saint-Romain and is well recognised for making exquisite burgundy with minimal intervention. Meticulous and creative. A marvel. Bedeau is beaded with red fruits, cherry, black currants, violets, and spice. Fresh and femme. Perfectly poised.
