Why we love this Wine
Fred Cossard, master of minimal intervention, creative through and through. Fred has been making wine for over two decades, and if Burgundy is the first thought when you hear Fred's name... you're only human. 40 year old vines near Puligny-Montrachet, the gold mine for white burgundy. 'Bigotes' has all the good traits, complexity and balance, generosity and texture. Purely stunning. It's everything you want white burgundy to be. Big call, but well deserving.
