Why we love this Wine
This lightly macerated Loire native is a whole bunch of fun. Francois St-Lô, the natural wine whiz, burst onto the scene in 2012 and hasn't stopped wowing us since. With an apprenticeship under Olivier Cousin and scoring a magical spot in the enchanting Anjou region. Picture underground caves, a cellar straight out of prehistory, and an 18th-century wine press—Francois is living the winemaker dream! His transformative, character-filled wines are a testament to his few hectares of organic vineyards and wild fermentation mojo. Fermented and aged in old French barriques, it's light and bright with young raspberries, cherries, herbal notes and a bit of spice. Hey Gro Grolleau, let's party!
