Why we love this Wine
Limited release, small parcel, rare gem stuff. We're sitting smug that we nabbed some. A rosé of exceptional purity, built on Pinot Noir in Chavignol. Raspberries, white pepper, blood peaches, scents of the autumnal forest floor. François Cotat never rushes a harvest, he takes his time. We urge the same approach in the drinking, slow, and deep, and leisurely.
