Why? Because Francois Chidaine is a Chenin master. That’s why. Classical, minimalist, detailed and pure. Hailing from Limoux, this region is known for bang-on sparkling wines, so you know the whites are gonna sing. A Loire producer on par with the (*cough more expensive) northern counterparts. Citrus, yellow plum, white flowers, value.
