Honestly, first and foremost, this Forlak rosé is a a looker. It glows when it hits the glass, gleaming with pink promise, and boy oh boy does it deliver. Cab Franc is always herbaceous, and alongside the boldness of Shiraz it's a clear complement. Fermented in barrel for additional texture and complexity, this wine ages six months in French oak for optimal character. Crisp acid and freshness. Beauty, inside and out.
